His expertise includes strategic clarity, high- impact leadership development, and aligning organizational vision with execution. From his early days as a pizza delivery guy to his role as CEO of Domino’s Malaysia, Shamsul has honed deep operational expertise and leadership excellence. His hands-on leadership approach, paired with his coaching acumen, has transformed businesses by cultivating cultures of excellence and growth.

Shamsul has a proven track record in strategic planning and implementation, having scaled Domino’s Malaysia and Singapore from 5 to over 300 stores, generating more than RM600 million in annual revenue. He specializes in guiding large-scale expansions and operational shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained business success. His strategic insights make him a trusted advisor for companies aiming to break growth barriers and become industry leaders. In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Shamsul is an expert in leadership and management, with vast experience in refining leadership effectiveness and building competency frameworks that drive organizational performance. As a Certified Chief Master Coach, Shamsul has coached executives across industries in strategic business, executive, and culture coaching, transforming them into “Compelling Leaders” capable of leading their organizations to success. He was recognized as “Asia’s Most Inspiring Executive” in 2022 for his outstanding leadership impact. Shamsul is also a Certified Professional Manager (CPM), and Certified HRDF Trainer. He holds a Masters in Food Service Management & Engineering and is currently pursuing his DBA at HELP University.

Deric Yeo Director

Deric Yeo is an accomplished professional with over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in F&B and retail. He has honed his expertise in HR development and business development, with a focus on franchise expansion. Deric has been instrumental in guiding F&B chains from local brands to internationally recognized franchises. His international experience includes franchise brand development and consultancies across Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Asia, and the Middle East.

In the F&B industry, Deric has worked for notable brands such as Nando's, The Manhattan Fish Market, and Oldtown. He has also gained experience in the retail sector, having worked for companies like Tesco, Focus Point, and in shopping malls and conglomerates such as Country Heights.

Deric Yeo currently serves as the Secretary General of the Malaysian Franchise Association (2022-2024) and is the Chairman of the Nexus Productivity for Retail and F&B under the Malaysia Productivity Corporation. He is a frequent speaker, panelist, and moderator at training and seminars provided by the MFA and international franchise communities. Additionally, Deric is the Project Director for hosting the World Franchise Council meeting, Asia Pacific Franchise Confederation meeting, Franchise International Malaysia Exhibition, and Franchise Awards Night in 2024 in Malaysia. Deric has extensive networking with the franchise ecosystem and stakeholders from local to international, spanning across industry and government.

Deric Yeo holds a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), further enhancing his knowledge and skills. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Taylors University.
